  !!!Sponsors: please book your Hospitality suite as soon as possible, the hotel gave an end of January 2012 deadline for reservation!!!

 

The hospitality Area policy is described below.  

The hospitality area is a relaxing place to build relationship during the coffee breaks and between the conference sessions
Most likely, the rooms will be available on :   
  • Day 1 from 2 to 7pm and after 9.30pm
  • Day 2 from noon to 1.30 pm and after 5pm
  • Day 3 from noon to 1.30pm
 
Since individual rooms will be used, the Sponsors are allowed to have equipment, demos, etc… in their room. They must however meet the hotel requirements for access, loading, etc…
 
 
The rooms are empty, all furniture, decoration, food, beverages or any other thing required by the Sponsors are to be discussed with and ordered directly at the hotel.
 
Please note that no pre-booking is made by PCIC, the rooms booking are subject to the hotel availability. Hence we recommend you make your booking at the earliest.
 
The Hospitality rooms booking does not go through PCIC, Manufacturers have to deal directly with the Hotel.

Only Sponsors are eligible for an Hospitality Room and they must be registered at the conference.
